Desktop app: Implementation consultants review dense schema mappings, sample data, and reconciliation reports at length, requiring large screens and keyboard input for configuration work. Sample screens on a computer, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Seamline helps implementation consultants and finance-systems teams move data between ERP and HR platforms. You connect a source and a target, and it reads both schemas, drafts field mappings and transformation rules, and shows each one with the sample records behind it.
Nothing runs until a person approves it. Each migration is split into rehearsal loads, a diff of what changed, and a signed-off final run. The mapping spec stays readable as plain rules, so a consultant can edit it, hand it to a client and reuse it on the next project.
It is built for teams who do this by hand today: spreadsheets of mappings, one-off scripts and long coordination threads. A self-hosted runner keeps records inside your network when security teams require it.

- Why this name
- A seamline is where two pieces of cloth are joined. It suggests joining systems neatly, and it is a plain, pronounceable word.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Schema-aware mapping drafts
Reads source and target fields and proposes mappings with a confidence note and example records, so reviewers check evidence instead of guessing.

Rehearsal loads
Run a migration on a sample or full copy, then see counts, rejects and field-level diffs before anything touches the live target.

Readable mapping spec
Every rule is stored as plain, editable text and versioned. Export it for client sign-off or reuse it on the next project.

Approval gates
Mark steps as needing review by a named person. The final load stays locked until each gate is approved and logged.

PricingAI proposal
The material gives no competitor prices. These tiers are a starting point to test, based on the opportunity's idea of pricing by project complexity and on-premises support.

What it could be worthEstimate

Worth about
$190,000
Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Consultants send clients read-only review links with mappings and rehearsal results. Clients and their other advisers see the product while signing off, and can ask for it on their next project.
- Do they become customers?
- Client reviewers see the product but may not buy it. Test whether any reviewers start their own project or ask their consultant for a firm plan after a link.
- First customers
- Independent NetSuite and Sage Intacct implementation consultants and small partner firms (2 to 15 people) doing finance-system migrations for mid-sized companies.
- Where to reach them
- Consultant communities: Share a worked migration example in ERP consultant forums and LinkedIn groups, and offer free pilot migrations.
- Open-source communities: Write about the approach where integration agents are discussed, since the material shows strong open-source interest.
- Direct outreach: Contact small partner firms listed publicly by ERP vendors and offer a paid pilot on a real project.
- First milestone
- Five consultants each pay for one real migration project within 90 days, and at least two reuse a mapping spec on a second project.

RisksAI inference
- TechnicalEach ERP has its own APIs, limits and quirks. Reliable connectors for even two targets take a lot of work, and wrong mappings can corrupt financial data.
- AIDrafted mappings may look plausible but be wrong on business meaning. Human approval gates reduce this, but reviewers may approve too quickly.
- CommercialConsultants may fear losing billable hours, and large enterprises buy slowly. The material shows interest in open-source agents but not what teams will pay.
- RegulatoryHandling finance and HR records brings privacy and audit duties. Customers may demand security reviews before any pilot.
- PlatformERP vendors can change APIs or terms for integrations, and may offer their own migration tools.
