The rules for using PWAS, and what you can and cannot expect from it.
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms apply when you use PWAS (pwas.dev), run by SWAGG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. By using PWAS you accept them; by creating an account you confirm that you do.
PWAS scouts public sources for software markets where people already pay, turns what it finds into opportunities backed by evidence, scores them by published rules, and lets members vote, discuss and challenge them. It also proposes an app for each opportunity, with an estimate of what such an app could be worth. PWAS is free to use.
Scores, market ages, valuations, the picks of the day and proposed apps are estimates. Many are written or computed with AI and labelled so, and they can be wrong or out of date. Nothing on PWAS is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Check what matters to you before you act on it.
You keep the rights to what you write: comments, evidence, feedback and your profile. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to host, show and analyse it, including with AI, on PWAS and to improve PWAS.
If you delete your account, your comments and submitted evidence stay without your name, so discussions remain readable. Do not post anything you have no right to share.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we say why. A suspended member can still read PWAS. If you think a decision was wrong, write to hello@pwas.dev.
Feedback you send about PWAS may be shown on the public feedback board, grouped by an AI agent and decided by published rules. We may use it to improve PWAS, with no obligation or payment to you.
Quotes and links on PWAS come from public sources and belong to their authors; product names and trademarks belong to their owners. PWAS analyses markets and does not copy anyone’s product. If you believe something on PWAS infringes your rights, write to hello@pwas.dev and we will look into it promptly.
We provide PWAS as it is and as available. We may change, pause or end features. We do our best to keep PWAS accurate and running, without promising that it always is.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take based on PWAS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, and nothing takes away the rights you have as a consumer.
Romanian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania; if you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the law and the courts of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. We then update this page and its date and, for significant changes, tell members on the site before they apply. Using PWAS after that means you accept them.
