About this appAI proposal
Sproutline is an AI agent that audits your site and listings for search, local search and regional engines such as Naver, then prepares the fixes as reviewable changes. It runs on a schedule, so the work an agency repeats each month happens continuously.
It is for website owners, small e-commerce shops and in-house marketers who pay an agency for ongoing search optimization and want the routine work done without a retainer. You approve changes, or let low-risk ones go out on their own.
Unlike tools that hand you a report and leave the work to you, Sproutline writes the fix, shows the before and after, and tracks the result by region and engine.

- Why this name
- A sprout is small growth that compounds, and an outline is the first pass over a page. Two plain words joined, easy to say.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Multi-engine audits
Checks technical SEO, content, structured data and local listings against the rules of each engine you pick, including regional ones like Naver.

From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Users forward the monthly work log to bosses or clients, and the optimized pages can carry an optional small credit line. Readers see what was changed and the result.
- Do they become customers?
- Report readers are mostly managers and clients, some of whom own sites and could buy. Test whether freelancers and small agencies who send reports convert recipients into paying accounts.
- First customers
- Small online shops in Korea that pay an agency for SEO and Naver optimization, run by an owner or one marketer.
- Where to reach them
- Korean seller communities: Offer free audits in e-commerce owner forums and groups, with a Naver readiness score as the hook.
- Direct outreach: Contact shops that list agency retainers or have clear Naver gaps, offering a side-by-side with their current agency.
- Open source and dev channels: Post a free audit tool and write-ups where the related GitHub project drew interest, then invite users to the paid plan.
- First milestone
- Ten paying shops in one country within 60 days, with at least three replacing an agency retainer.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialBuyers may trust an agency's accountability over software. Results take weeks to show, so users may cancel before the gains appear.
- AIThe agent may write wrong or spammy content, or apply harmful changes. Approval gates, undo and checks are needed from day one.
- DataReliable rank and visibility data for regional engines such as Naver may be hard or costly to get, and scraping may break terms of use.
- PlatformSearch engines change rules often, and publishing to sites depends on CMS access that varies widely.
- TechnicalCrawling and rendering large shops at scale is costly, and the cost could erode margin at the lower tiers.
