About this appAI proposal
Quietwatch takes alerts from your SIEM and detection tools, merges duplicates, and sorts them into what needs a person and what does not. For each alert it gathers context, looks up threat intelligence you connect, and proposes a MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
It is for SOC analysts and small security teams who spend their shifts on repetitive review. Every verdict comes with the steps and evidence behind it, so an analyst can check, correct or overrule it in seconds.
Quietwatch is built around a review queue and an audit trail, not a rigid playbook builder. It can run against a local model so alert data stays inside your network. It suggests response actions; a human approves them.

- Why this name
- A quiet shift is what a SOC wants. The name suggests watching without noise, in two plain words.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Alert fusion
Groups related alerts from several sources into one case, so one intrusion is one item in the queue, not thirty.

Ranked triage queue
Each case gets a priority, a confidence level and a one-line reason. Analysts start at the top.

ATT&CK mapping
Proposes tactics and techniques for each case, with the log lines that support each guess.

What it could be worthEstimate
What a software business making this much sells for today, from real deals. Pick a monthly revenue.
If it makes
Worth about
$194,000
Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Partners and integrations. Ship connectors for popular SIEM and detection tools and list them in those tools' marketplaces and community repositories, where analysts already look for add-ons.
- Do they become customers?
- People finding it through an integration are the very analysts who triage alerts, so they can become buyers. Test whether a free single-analyst tier converts to a team plan.
- First customers
- Security teams of 2 to 10 analysts at mid-size companies without a dedicated SOAR, using one SIEM, who feel alert fatigue every shift.
- Where to reach them
- Open-source security communities: Share a demo with sample alerts and a write-up of the decision trail in security forums and chat groups.
- SIEM user groups: Offer a free connector and a hands-on trial to teams in the user groups of one SIEM.
- First milestone
- Five teams running it on live alerts for 30 days, and two of them paying for the Team plan.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedGitHub repository gained 2400 stars in 161 days
- Public claimThe product solves alert fusion, triage, and investigation—core functions that security operations teams perform today
- Public claimThe product is positioned as self-hosted with no external API dependency, addressing concerns around cost and data sovereignty in existing SOAR/SIEM tools
- Public claimThe product ships integrations for popular developer and AI tools, enabling distribution through those channels

RisksAI inference
- AIA wrong benign verdict could hide a real attack. Needs conservative defaults, confidence display and easy overrule.
- CommercialSecurity buyers are cautious and may prefer self-hosted tools. A hosted PWA may not meet their need for data control.
- TechnicalEach SIEM formats alerts differently, so connector work may grow quickly.
- DataAlerts hold sensitive data. Storage, retention and model access need strict controls.
- CommercialThe GitHub interest is a public claim of one open project; paying demand is not shown yet.
