About this appAI proposal
Findwell answers questions in plain language using the places your team already keeps knowledge: wikis, shared drives, tickets and uploaded files. Instead of a list of documents, it writes a short answer and shows the passages it came from.
It is built for small and mid-size teams whose knowledge is spread across several tools and who have no time to run a search project. Connect sources, set who can see what, and people can ask right away.
Every answer links to its sources, and Findwell says when it does not know. Permissions follow the source, so people only get answers from documents they could open themselves.

- Why this name
- Plain and pronounceable: it says the goal, finding things and finding them well, without any technical jargon.

What it could be worthEstimate
What a software business making this much sells for today, from real deals. Pick a monthly revenue.
If it makes
Worth about
$194,000
Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Users invite others. A team admin invites colleagues to ask questions. Answers can be shared as links inside the workspace, so new members see the product when a teammate sends them one.
- Do they become customers?
- Invited colleagues are already inside a company account, so they can push the team to upgrade. Test how many invited users ask a question and how often admins upgrade after a limit is reached.
- First customers
- Software or agency teams of 20 to 100 people, led by an operations or engineering manager, whose docs are split across a wiki, a drive and a ticket tool.
- Where to reach them
- Founder-led outreach: Message ops and engineering managers on professional networks with a short demo on their own public docs.
- Open-source communities: Post in developer forums where self-hosted search is discussed and offer a hosted, easier option.
- First milestone
- Ten teams connect two sources and five convert to paid plans within 60 days of launch.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialAn established paid product exists in this market and open-source alternatives are available; a small team must win on a narrow niche and easy setup.
- TechnicalMirroring each source tool's permissions accurately is hard, and mistakes could expose private documents in answers.
- AIGenerated answers may be wrong or unsupported; the product must cite sources and decline when evidence is thin.
- PlatformConnector APIs and rate limits of third-party tools can change or restrict indexing.
- DataCustomers may hesitate to send internal documents to an LLM provider, requiring clear data handling terms.
