About this appAI proposal
Minutecraft takes a topic and builds a short course: it researches the web, drafts a lesson plan, and produces two-minute audio lessons, each with its sources listed. You review, edit and publish in minutes instead of spending weeks on research and recording.
It is made for self-directed learners who want a structured path on a niche subject, and for instructors, creators and training teams who need a draft course fast. Every script can be edited, every citation checked, and weak sources swapped out before anything is voiced.
Unlike a catalogue of fixed courses, you get content on exactly the topic you need. Unlike a raw chatbot answer, you get a lesson order, audio, a transcript and visible sources you can verify.

- Why this name
- Minute plus craft: short lessons, made with care. Two plain words joined, easy to say. A trademark check is still needed.

Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Creators publish courses as public pages with a player and a small 'made with Minutecraft' link. Listeners can start their own course from the same page.
- Do they become customers?
- Listeners can become paying creators, but many will only listen. Test how many published-page visitors start a course of their own.
- First customers
- Independent instructors and corporate trainers at small firms who need quick onboarding or refresher courses on narrow topics.
- Where to reach them
- Open-source communities: Share the tool where the GitHub project drew interest, and invite the people who starred similar projects to try it.
- Trainer communities: Offer free course builds in L&D forums and LinkedIn groups in return for feedback.
- First milestone
- Ten paying instructors or trainers in one niche, each publishing at least three courses in a month.

RisksAI inference
- AIGenerated scripts may state wrong facts or cite pages that do not support the claim. Needs source checks and a visible review step before publishing.
- CommercialFree chatbots and existing course platforms may be good enough; paying demand for generated audio courses is unproven beyond GitHub interest.
- Intellectual propertySummarising web pages into lessons may raise copyright questions, and synthetic voices have their own licence terms.
- TechnicalPer-course cost of research plus speech generation could squeeze margins on the free and low tiers.
