ScreensConcept
Desktop app: Knowledge workers sit at desks doing extended work in enterprise tools, examining dependencies and dashboards that require sustained focus and large screens. Sample screens on a computer, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Sidenote adds a side panel to the work tools your company already requires. Open a Jira ticket and the panel shows what it depends on across projects, who is blocked by it, and what changed, without four clicks and three page loads.
It reads the page you are on, with AI helping to find the relationships the screen leaves buried, and shows them beside the page. Nothing is replaced and nobody has to change tools or ask IT to migrate.
Built for engineers, project leads and operations staff who spend the whole day in Jira, Salesforce, Workday or ServiceNow. Each panel is a small, editable view you can adjust or share with your team, so a fix made once helps everyone.

- Why this name
- A margin note is where people add what the page left out. Sidenote says the same: a helpful aside beside the work, not a replacement.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Cross-project dependency panel
See what a ticket depends on and what it blocks across projects, in one panel beside the page.

Reads the page, not just the API
AI interprets the screen you are on, so it works where exports or integrations are locked down.

Describe a panel in plain words
Ask for the view you want, such as open blockers by owner, and get a panel you can keep.

PricingAI proposal
The material gives no competitor prices. These tiers are a starting point to test; AI processing cost per user would need measuring before settling the price.

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Users share a panel view as a link or snapshot in chat or tickets. Teammates see the answer, and need the extension to see the live panel and to edit or reuse the template.
- Do they become customers?
- Recipients are coworkers on the same tools, so they can become paying users. To test: how many snapshot viewers install the extension within two weeks, and whether team admins approve it.
- First customers
- Engineering managers and technical program managers at companies of 200 to 2,000 people who live in Jira and track work across several projects.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and dev communities: Show a working dependency panel on a Jira page and invite people to try it and request other panels.
- Atlassian community forums: Answer cross-project visibility questions with a demo of the panel and a free install.
- Direct outreach to TPMs: Message program managers on LinkedIn offering a free week and a custom panel for their board.
- First milestone
- Ten teams in one Jira-heavy segment use a panel weekly for a month, and three pay for the team plan.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformBrowser extension stores and the host tools' terms may restrict reading or altering their pages. Page layouts also change, which can break panels without warning.
- RegulatoryPage content may include confidential customer or HR data. Companies will want clear data handling, and some may block unapproved extensions.
- AIAI may misread a page and show a wrong dependency. Panels need to show their source on the page so people can check.
- CommercialTool vendors or general AI browser assistants could add similar side panels, and users may build their own, which weakens willingness to pay.
- TechnicalA PWA cannot inject into other sites, so the core is an extension alongside the PWA. This adds browser-specific builds and review delays.
