ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Traders develop and analyze strategies at a desk, but need mobile access to monitor positions and make urgent trading decisions like pausing or flattening from anywhere. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Samerun is a hosted control room for crypto traders who write strategies in C#. You push one strategy package and run it as a backtest, a paper account or a live account on a supported exchange, without changing the code between modes.
It is for quant traders and small algo teams who today keep separate backtest tools, paper simulators and exchange-specific code. Samerun puts the three modes side by side, so a run in one mode can be compared with the same run in another.
Money maths uses fixed-point numbers and runs are deterministic, so the same inputs give the same fills and the same balance. The phone app is for monitoring, pausing and approving, not for editing code.

- Why this name
- Samerun names the promise: the same strategy runs the same way in backtest, paper and live. Two plain words joined, easy to say.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
One strategy, three modes
Deploy the same compiled C# strategy to backtest, paper or live. Only the mode setting changes, never the logic.

Exchange adapters
Connect Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, Bitget, Gate, KuCoin and Hyperliquid through one order and account model.

Deterministic replays
Re-run any session from its recorded inputs and get identical orders and balances, down to the last decimal.

Fixed-point money
Prices, sizes and fees use decimal fixed-point maths, so rounding drift never creeps into PnL.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Samerun reaches customers through developer content, open examples and direct outreach to .NET trading developers. Strategies are private, so use does not expose the product to others.
- Do they become customers?
- Test whether C# traders who find a sample strategy or drift report will sign up and pay for live mode. Shared read-only reports could be tested later.
- First customers
- Solo and small-team quant traders who write C# and trade perpetuals on two or more of the eight supported exchanges.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub and .NET communities: Publish open sample strategies and adapters, and answer questions where .NET trading developers gather.
- Technical blog posts: Write worked examples of backtest-to-live drift, with real fill data from paper accounts.
- Direct outreach: Message developers who star or fork related open-source trading engines and offer a free setup session.
- First milestone
- Ten C# traders run a strategy on paper and five pay to go live within 60 days of launch.

RisksAI inference
- TechnicalIdentical behaviour across backtest, paper and live is hard: exchange latency, partial fills and rate limits differ. The drift report may show gaps users blame on the product.
- RegulatoryHolding trade-enabled keys and running automated orders for users may bring financial or licensing rules that vary by country. Needs legal review before live mode.
- CommercialMany strategy authors use Python, and the evidence only points to interest from .NET developers. The paying group may be small.
- PlatformExchange API changes or access limits can break adapters without notice, and eight adapters need steady upkeep.
- TechnicalRunning user code on shared servers is a security risk. A sandbox escape could expose other users' exchange keys.
