About this appAI proposal
Levelrack is a renewal desk for people who rent dedicated servers. Add each server with its provider, spec, price and renewal date. Levelrack shows what you will pay next, what changed since last term, and how many days you have to act.
When a provider raises a price, you enter the new figure or paste the renewal notice. Levelrack records the change, shows the effect on your total monthly bill, and lines the server up against quotes you have collected from other providers for similar specs.
If a move makes sense, Levelrack builds a migration checklist with a cutover date set before the old term ends. It is built for small hosting companies and developers who run a handful of machines and do not want renewal day to be a surprise.

From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Resellers send clients a cost report link that explains hosting price changes. Teams also share the renewal calendar with partners, who see Levelrack when they open it.
- Do they become customers?
- Clients seeing a report are not server buyers themselves, so conversion is uncertain. Test whether resellers who share reports bring in other hosts, and whether invited partners start their own accounts.
- First customers
- Small hosting companies and agencies that rent 2 to 20 dedicated servers from European providers and resell hosting to their own clients.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News threads: Join price-hike discussions with a useful free renewal calculator that links to Levelrack.
- Hosting forums: Offer the free tier in webhosting communities where small hosts discuss costs and moves.
- Direct outreach: Message small hosts who posted about renewal increases and offer to set up their fleet with them.
- First milestone
- Ten small hosting companies add their full fleet, and five pay for Fleet or Reseller within 60 days.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialThis tracks and plans but does not lower prices. Users may want cheaper servers themselves, and a spreadsheet may feel enough for owners of only a few machines.
- DataWithout provider integrations, all prices and specs are entered by hand. Stale entries would undermine trust in the forecasts and comparisons.
- AIExtracting prices and dates from pasted notices can be wrong. Every field needs user confirmation before it is saved.
- CommercialPrice hikes may fade or spread across all providers, which would reduce urgency and leave few cheaper quotes to compare.
