ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Teams set up rules and review health dashboards at desk, but customer service agents must reply to messages and alerts while away from desk. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Bluewire Lines lets a business send and receive iMessage conversations from a shared inbox and a simple API. You add a line, connect your CRM, and set rules for missed-call callbacks, cart reminders and lead replies. Your team answers from one place.
It is built for DTC brands, home service companies, property managers and sports programs that handle many customer conversations. Each line is watched for health, and when a message cannot go out as iMessage it falls back to SMS or RCS, so a conversation is not lost.
The aim is to remove the work of keeping iMessage infrastructure alive yourself. Provisioning, line checks and routing are handled for you, from a first test line up to hundreds of lines.

- Why this name
- Bluewire joins the blue bubble with the idea of a wire: a dependable line. Lines names what customers manage in it.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Line health checks
Each line is tested on a schedule. You see which are healthy, slow or at risk, and traffic moves away from weak lines before customers notice.

Automatic SMS/RCS fallback
If a recipient cannot receive iMessage or a line fails, the same message is sent by SMS or RCS and the thread stays in one place.

Guided line provisioning
Go from one test line to many with a checklist and bulk setup, so scaling does not mean redoing the work by hand.

CRM and webhook sync
Push every message and status to your CRM or your own systems with webhooks, and send from them with a plain REST API.

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Customers' own contacts receive messages but do not use the product, and the messages carry no Bluewire branding. Growth comes from content, developer docs and direct outreach.
- Do they become customers?
- Message recipients cannot become buyers through this use. Test whether outbound content and communities such as Hacker News bring in operators who sign up for a paid plan.
- First customers
- Home service companies with 10 to 50 staff that lose leads to missed calls and already pay for SMS tools.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and dev forums: Post a technical write-up on line health checks and fallback, linking to a free test line.
- Direct outreach: Contact home service owners and agencies with a missed-call callback pilot.
- Integration listings: Publish a webhook recipe for popular field-service CRMs.
- First milestone
- Five paying home service companies each running a missed-call callback on at least two lines for 30 days.

- This app · Message transportiMessage-capable line hardware or partner serviceThere is no official iMessage API, so sending and receiving needs a line layer outside the shared stack.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformiMessage has no official business API. Apple could change behavior or block methods, which could break lines or violate its terms.
- TechnicalKeeping many lines stable and detecting failure early is hard, and it is the core promise. Reliability at scale is unproven.
- RegulatoryBusiness texting is subject to consent and opt-out rules. Customers need built-in consent tracking and quiet hours.
- CommercialCompeting products already exist in this space, as the Hacker News discussion suggests, and Twilio could add iMessage-like support. Differentiation must be tested.
- DataConversations hold personal customer data, so retention, access control and export rules must be set up carefully.
