About this appAI proposal
Billhand is for engineers and small teams whose cloud account is stuck on a billing problem: a locked invoice with no pay button, a failed autopay, or a support plan they can't buy because of the block. You open a case, and Billhand builds the evidence packet and a step-by-step escalation plan.
It collects invoice IDs, error screens and dates, drafts a message for each channel, and tracks every reply and deadline in one timeline. Hands-on resolution by a human case agent is a proposed paid add-on, to be tested before it is promised.
Existing support paths loop back to FAQs, ring busy, or need a paid plan that the block stops you buying. Billhand works outside the provider's portal and keeps a record you can hand to finance, a card issuer or an account manager.

- Why this name
- A bill, handed to the right hand. Short, plain and easy to say, it suggests passing a stuck problem to someone who can act on it.

Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Billing block intake
Pick the provider and the symptom: locked invoice, failed autopay, blocked subscription or disputed charge. Billhand asks only for what that case needs.

Evidence packet builder
Add screenshots, invoice IDs, error text and dates. Billhand arranges them into one clean packet a human reader can act on in a minute.

Escalation ladder
A ranked list of routes to a human, each with a ready draft. Move to the next rung when a deadline passes.

Circular-dependency log
Records each loop you hit, such as a support plan that needs a payment you can't make. Useful proof when you escalate.

PricingAI proposal
The material gives no competitor prices. These tiers are a starting point to test. The opportunity suggests commission or per-resolution fees; the assisted fee is a flat guess to compare against that.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.

- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Each case produces a read-only packet link sent to finance contacts, card issuers or account managers. Recipients see the Billhand name and format when they open it.
- Do they become customers?
- Recipients are mostly gatekeepers who handle one case, so they are unlikely to buy. Test whether finance leads or other engineers who see the packet ask to open their own cases.
- First customers
- Solo developers and teams of 2 to 10 engineers with a cloud billing block on Azure, who have a stuck invoice and no paid support plan.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and Reddit threads: Answer people describing billing blocks with a free packet template and a link to open a case.
- Developer communities: Post short guides on documenting a locked invoice and escalating, in Azure and startup forums.
- Search content: Pages on exact symptoms such as locked invoice or blocked subscription, each ending in the free intake.
- First milestone
- Ten people with active Azure billing blocks open cases, and three pay for an assisted case within 60 days.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialA third party may have no authority to waive charges or unblock accounts. The core promise could fail unless a real route to a human exists, so test it before selling assisted cases.
- PlatformCloud providers may ignore or reject outside parties acting for a customer, and may require the account owner to authorise each contact.
- RegulatoryNegotiating debts or taking a commission on recovered amounts may need licensing in some places. Check this before charging per outcome.
- DataPackets hold invoices, account IDs and screenshots that can show secrets. Needs redaction prompts, tight access and deletion controls.
- CommercialDemand is shown by one discussion thread about Azure. Other providers are not covered by the material, and the problem may be rare.
