About this appAI proposal
Guia Fiscal puts the fiscal tasks of a small Brazilian business in one workspace: company data lookup, invoice drafts, transport documents, SPED and eSocial checklists, and Simples Nacional estimates. Each task shows what is due, what is missing and what to do next.
It is made for owners, bookkeepers and small accounting offices who now use a separate tool or manual routine for every obligation. Reference tables (tax codes, rates, document rules) are stored on the device, so lookups work offline and need no account to try.
An AI assistant explains rules in plain Portuguese, flags likely errors before a document is sent, and tracks the 2026 tax reform changes that affect your regime. It prepares and checks; you review and submit.

- Why this name
- Guia means guide in Portuguese, and also names a payment slip. Fiscal says the field. Two plain words, easy to say.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Users send accountants a read-only link to drafts and check results. Free offline lookups and calculator results can also be shared as pages carrying the product name.
- Do they become customers?
- Accountants who open links serve many clients and could become paying Office users. Test how many shared links lead to an accountant sign-up, and whether clients convert.
- First customers
- Small accounting offices serving Simples Nacional service businesses, with 10 to 50 client companies, in one Brazilian state.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub and developer communities: Share the free offline lookups where the existing fiscal MCP project's audience gathers, and invite feedback.
- Accountant groups: Offer the free tools and the reform tracker in Brazilian accounting forums and social groups.
- First milestone
- Five accounting offices in one state paying for the Business or Office tier after a 30-day trial.

RisksAI inference
- RegulatoryFiscal rules and the 2026 reform change often. Wrong tables or estimates could cause real penalties, so versioning, sources and clear disclaimers are essential.
- TechnicalSubmitting documents to tax authorities needs certificates and per-state integrations. The first version only prepares and checks, which may limit value.
- CommercialMany businesses already rely on an accountant or an existing invoicing system, and may not pay for a separate checking layer.
- AIThe assistant may give a confident but wrong explanation. Answers must cite tables and avoid advice beyond them.
- DataCompany and payroll data is sensitive and falls under Brazilian data protection law. Storage and sharing need careful design.
