About this appAI proposal
Tilt Panel is a browser control panel for gaming mice. Open it, connect your mouse, and change DPI, polling rate and sensor settings directly. Nothing to install, nothing running in the background after you close the tab.
It is made for PC gamers and esports players who want hardware control without a vendor app tied to one brand. Save profiles, carry them between machines, and share a link with a teammate or at a LAN event.
Unlike vendor drivers, Tilt Panel is one panel for many mice. Support depends on each device's browser-accessible interface, and the app says plainly which settings your mouse allows.

- Why this name
- Tilt suggests a small adjustment that changes how the mouse feels; Panel says it is a control panel you open and close.

From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Users share a profile link with teammates or fans. The recipient sees a preview of the setup and the Tilt Panel name, and can apply it to the same mouse model.
- Do they become customers?
- Recipients own the same kind of mouse and may become users, but only if they open the link in a supported browser. Test how many shared links lead to a connected mouse and a signup.
- First customers
- Competitive FPS players using one or two popular mouse models, plus small amateur esports teams that want matching settings across members' machines.
- Where to reach them
- Gaming subreddits and Discords: Post a free tool for one supported model and ask players to try it and report problems.
- Open-source mouse communities: Engage the GitHub project community behind this idea and invite contributors to add model definitions.
- Amateur team captains: Offer the Team plan to a handful of teams for feedback on shared profiles.
- First milestone
- 200 players connect a mouse and 20 pay for Pro or Team within 90 days, on no more than three models.

RisksAI inference
- TechnicalEach mouse needs its own protocol work, and vendors may not document it. The first version may cover only a few models and a few settings.
- PlatformDirect device access depends on browser support, which is not available in every browser, so some gamers could not use it.
- CommercialMany users are happy with their vendor app or only change settings once. Repeat use and willingness to pay are untested.
- TechnicalA wrong write could leave a mouse in an unexpected state. Needs careful limits and a restore path.
- Intellectual propertyVendors may object to reverse-engineered protocols or use of their model names. Legal review is needed before launch.
