About this appAI proposal
Stillvault is audio storage for creators and musicians who want their tracks to stay reachable. Upload your library, or bring it over from another platform, and keep playing, downloading and moving it whenever you like.
If you stop paying, nothing is held hostage. Your files move to a read-only vault: you can still listen, download everything as original files, and migrate it elsewhere. Nothing is deleted without notice and a clear countdown you control.
It is built for people who paid for storage on a music platform, let the plan lapse, and found their work out of reach.

- Why this name
- Still means calm and also still there: your files remain after a plan ends. Vault says they are safe and kept.

Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Creators send private share links to collaborators, labels and fans. The player page carries a small Stillvault mark and a link to the plan page.
- Do they become customers?
- Link recipients are often creators too and could become customers, but many are only listeners. Test the share of link opens that lead to sign-ups.
- First customers
- Independent musicians and podcasters with large audio libraries who let a music-platform subscription lapse and fear losing files.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and Reddit threads: Answer posts about lost or locked audio with a free export checklist and the vault tool.
- Musician communities: Offer a free library rescue to members of producer forums and Discords in return for feedback.
- First milestone
- Twenty lapsed-subscriber creators import libraries and five pay for a plan within 60 days.
Why people already pay for this
- Public claimFree tier limits audio storage to 3 hours, with former paying customers exceeding this amount blocked from accessing their content except to delete it.
- Public claimPlatforms threaten automatic deletion of all content if users do not downgrade to free tier limits.
- Public claimCustomers cannot download, export, or migrate their audio data after subscription lapses, leaving them unable to preserve their work.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialStorage and egress costs may exceed revenue from the free vault tier, so free read-only access may need a cap or a small fee.
- PlatformOther platforms may not offer a usable export, so users could not get files in before they lapse; the product helps only if users hold their files.
- Intellectual propertyHosting user audio brings copyright takedown duties and abuse of share links for piracy.
- TechnicalReliable multi-gigabyte uploads and archive downloads on mobile browsers are hard.
- CommercialThe evidence is public claims from one forum; how many creators lapse and would pay is untested.
