Desktop app: Managing iOS build signing, certificates, profiles, and testing distribution is technical work with many fields and records that developers handle from their primary workstation. Sample screens on a computer, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Plainload is a control panel for putting your own iOS builds on real devices without the App Store. Upload an IPA, pick a device, and Plainload tracks signing certificates, provisioning profiles and expiry dates in one place, whether your desktop runs Windows, macOS or Linux.
It is built for iOS developers, testers and power users who today juggle several sideloading tools, each tied to one platform or no longer maintained. You get one project list, one device list and one install link to send to a tester.
Plainload is a proposal: the signing and install steps run through a small open-source helper on your computer, and the web app keeps the records, reminders and share pages. You decide what stays local and what goes to the cloud.

- Why this name
- Plain says the steps are simple and open; load says what it does. Two ordinary words joined, easy to say and spell.

Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.

$194,000
Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Developers send tester install pages to testers and clients. Each page shows the product name and a link to set up the helper for their own builds.
- Do they become customers?
- Testers mostly want one build and may never pay. Test how many page visitors who are also developers start a project of their own.
- First customers
- Solo and small-team indie iOS developers who develop on Windows or Linux and run test builds for under 20 testers.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub issues and discussions: Answer cross-platform sideloading requests in related repositories and point to the open-source helper.
- iOS dev forums and subreddits: Post a walkthrough of the Linux and Windows flow with real expiry-alert screenshots.
- First milestone
- Five paying Solo or Team customers on non-Mac desktops within 60 days of launching the helper.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformApple can change signing, device pairing or free-account limits at any time, which could break the helper without notice.
- RegulatoryRules for installing apps outside the App Store differ by region and may affect hosted distribution and the store listing for the service.
- CommercialThe source points to a free open-source tool; many users may never pay. Teams and hosted signing must prove they are worth money.
- TechnicalSupporting USB pairing on Windows, macOS and Linux is hard to test across drivers, and weak support would erase the main promise.
- DataHosting signing keys and certificates makes the service a high-value target; a breach would end trust in it.
