About this appAI proposal
Doorbell Desk is a shared guest inbox for short-term rental managers. Messages from every channel land in one queue, sorted by urgency. An AI drafts replies from your house rules and booking details, and you approve, edit or send automatically for routine questions.
It is built for independent owners, concierge agencies and professional managers in Europe who have outgrown answering messages themselves but do not want to run a support team. When a case needs a person, you hand it to your own staff or to an on-call support partner from inside the same thread.
The difference is one place for software and people. You see who answered what, how fast, and what it cost per property, instead of piecing it together from freelancers, chat groups and spreadsheets.

- Why this name
- A doorbell is how a guest first asks for something. A desk is where someone answers. Two plain words that say the job.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.

An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Guests and owners only see replies, not the product's name. Growth comes from sales, content and partnerships with support providers rather than from product use.
- Do they become customers?
- Guests who receive replies are not buyers. Test whether managers respond to direct outreach and whether support partners bring their own clients onto the tool.
- First customers
- Concierge agencies in one European city or country that manage 20 to 60 properties and now use freelancers for guest messages.
- Where to reach them
- Host and manager communities: Join regional short-term rental groups and forums, share guest-reply templates, and offer free pilots.
- Direct outreach: Contact agencies listed in local directories with a short demo of a week's inbox handled.
- Support freelancer partners: Offer freelancers the tool so they bring their existing manager clients.
- First milestone
- Five paying agencies in one country using it for at least a month, with over a third of replies approved or auto-sent.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedA business in this market sold on Empire Flippers averages $44,607 a month in revenue ($8,618 net profit, $41,135 recurring), figures vetted by the broker

RisksAI inference
- PlatformBooking platforms may limit message access to approved partners, which could delay or restrict the unified inbox.
- AIA wrong auto-sent reply, such as a wrong door code or policy, harms a guest stay. Needs approval defaults and strict limits on what can send alone.
- CommercialManagers may prefer a full outsourced service over software. Whether they pay for a tool plus partner hours is untested.
- RegulatoryStoring guest messages for European users falls under GDPR, which requires data processing terms and regional hosting choices.
- TechnicalReliable multilingual drafts and channel syncing across many sources take longer to get right than a first version suggests.
