About this appAI proposal
Workbench Learn is a learning space for online marketing and product professionals. Short courses on SEO, analytics and growth sit beside hands-on exercises, so each lesson ends with something you try on a real page or campaign.
Members post their results to a peer forum and get feedback from people doing the same work. Learning paths adjust to the skills you pick and the gaps your exercises show.
It replaces the mix of course subscriptions, one-off purchases, event links and newsletters with one place where learning, practice and discussion stay connected.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Members publish a short practice report, such as a before and after title test, to a public link. Readers see the method, the result and a prompt to try the same exercise.
- Do they become customers?
- Readers are marketers like the members, so some may sign up. Test whether public report links convert to free accounts and then to Member.
- First customers
- Freelance and in-house SEO and content marketers at small companies, who pay for their own learning.
- Where to reach them
- SEO communities: Share free exercises and sample test reports in forums and groups where SEO practitioners post.
- Newsletter partnerships: Offer a sponsored exercise to marketing newsletters in exchange for a signup link.
- First milestone
- Twenty paying Members for one SEO path within 60 days, with half posting at least one test result.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialMany course platforms and newsletters already exist and the material names none. Content quality and instructor supply decide whether members pay.
- CommercialA forum needs active members early; an empty community gives little reason to subscribe over buying single courses.
- TechnicalHands-on testing tools may need connections to analytics or search data. The first version may only log tests by hand.
- DataOnly one broker-vetted business figure supports demand. Whether it applies to a new entrant is untested.
- AIPersonalised paths built on thin exercise data may feel generic, so the first version should use simple rules.
