About this appAI proposal
Tendchart is a patient record app for small clinics and hospitals with limited IT budgets. Staff register patients, record visits, prescribe and track follow-ups from a phone, tablet or old laptop. It installs as a web app and keeps working when the connection drops.
It is built for facilities that use paper today, or cannot afford commercial EHR licences. Screens are short and the vocabulary is configurable, so a clinic can match its own forms and workflow instead of bending to a template.
A hosted version suits facilities with no IT staff; paid setup, training and custom forms cover the rest. This is a proposal: public repositories suggest interest in open-source EHR, but demand for this product is untested.

- Why this name
- To tend is to care for; chart is the clinical record. Two plain words, easy to say in any clinic.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Works offline, syncs later
Records are saved on the device and sync when a connection returns. Conflicts are flagged for a person to resolve.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Clinics use it internally and patients do not log in. Reach comes from sales, NGO and health-network partners, and open-source community content.
- Do they become customers?
- Nobody outside a facility sees the product in use. Test whether clinics found through partners and content will pay for hosting or setup help.
- First customers
- Independent private clinics with 3 to 15 staff, still on paper, in one country or region, led by a clinic owner or administrator.
- Where to reach them
- NGO and health networks: Offer pilots through small-clinic networks and NGOs that fund digital tools for facilities.
- Open-source communities: Publish the core and guides where health-software developers and implementers gather.
- Direct clinic visits: Set up five clinics in person and learn from their workflows.
- First milestone
- Five clinics in one region use it daily for a month, and at least three pay for hosting or setup.

RisksAI inference
- RegulatoryPatient data rules differ by country. Hosting and consent requirements must be checked before any real patient data is stored.
- CommercialFacilities that want free software may not pay for hosting or support. Existing open-source EHRs are free, so willingness to pay is unproven.
- TechnicalOffline sync of clinical records can create conflicting edits. Wrong merges could harm patients, so conflict handling needs careful testing.
- DataMoving paper or spreadsheet records into structured fields is messy. Poor imports could erode trust early.
- PlatformBrowser storage on some phones can be cleared, which may lose unsynced records unless sync prompts are strict.
