About this appAI proposal
Once Over is a compliance workspace for teams that answer to more than one framework. You write each control and gather its evidence one time. Once Over maps it to every framework you turn on, so a single piece of work counts everywhere it applies.
Every framework is included in every plan. There is no add-on fee when you take on another one. Recurring chores such as evidence reminders, review schedules, owner follow-ups and audit packets run on their own, so compliance officers spend less time chasing people.
It is built for compliance officers and GRC managers who feel that current platforms cost too much for the value and still leave manual work. The proposal rests on public claims, not verified figures.

- Why this name
- A once-over is a quick, careful check. It also hints at the idea: do each piece of work once and have it count everywhere.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Every framework in the base plan
Switch on any supported framework without a per-framework charge. Plans differ by organization size, not by what you must comply with.

Write a control once, reuse everywhere
Controls map across frameworks. One policy or piece of evidence satisfies each requirement it covers, and gaps show per framework.

Automatic evidence reminders
Owners get scheduled requests with due dates. Late items escalate to a manager without anyone building a spreadsheet tracker.

Recurring review schedules
Access reviews, policy sign-offs and risk reviews are created on a calendar and assigned to named owners.

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Teams send auditors, customers and partners read-only audit packet links. Each link shows the Once Over name and a short note on how it was built.
- Do they become customers?
- Auditors and security reviewers at other companies may also run compliance programs and could become buyers. Test whether recipients click through and start a trial, or only read the packet once.
- First customers
- Compliance officers or GRC managers at small to mid-size software companies who already hold one framework and must add a second or third.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and developer forums: Join threads where people complain about GRC pricing and offer early access with transparent all-framework pricing.
- Direct outreach on LinkedIn: Message compliance leads who recently announced a new certification and offer a free control-mapping review.
- Auditor referrals: Give independent auditors a free account to receive packets and recommend the tool to clients.
- First milestone
- Five paying customers who each run two or more frameworks, and who pay within 60 days of a first demo.
Why people already pay for this
- Public claimExisting GRC platforms charge more than the value they deliver and require manual process work despite high costs
- Public claimGRC vendors charge extra fees to support additional compliance frameworks
- Public claimOrganizations need GRC platforms that support multiple compliance frameworks with built-in process automation
- Public claimOrganizations pay for GRC platform subscriptions to manage compliance processes

RisksAI inference
- CommercialTrust is the product. Buyers may hesitate to put audit evidence in a new vendor's tool, and many ask for third-party security attestations first.
- Intellectual propertySome framework texts are licensed or copyrighted. Including all of them at no extra charge may carry content costs the pricing does not cover.
- CommercialThe pricing is a starting point. The material gives no competitor prices, so these tiers must be tested against what buyers pay now.
- TechnicalMapping controls across frameworks well takes careful domain work. Poor mappings could give false confidence before an audit.
- DataEvidence files can hold sensitive data. Breaches, access mistakes or weak retention rules would damage the business.
