ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Developers monitor agent errors and uptime alerts from their desk but also need phone alerts and checks while away from the office. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Quietdeck is a hosted operations dashboard for small teams that build AI agents. It collects errors, agent run traces, uptime checks and outbound email logs into one feed, so you stop switching between four or five vendor consoles to find out why an agent failed.
Send events with one small SDK or a webhook. Quietdeck groups them by agent and by run, alerts you on your phone as an installed web app, and shows the full chain: the request, the model call, the error, the email it sent. One bill, one login, one place to look.
It does not replace deployment hosts or sandboxes. It sits beside them and reads what they report. Teams that want to own their data can export everything to their own Postgres at any time.

- Why this name
- A deck is where a ship is watched from, and quiet is the goal: fewer consoles, fewer alarms, one place to look. Two plain words joined.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Run-centred error feed
Errors group by agent run, not just by stack trace, so you see which step of which run broke and what came before it.
No member yet
Uptime and heartbeat checks
Ping endpoints, or have long-running agents check in. A missed heartbeat opens an incident and alerts you.
No member yet
Email delivery log
See every email an agent sent, its delivery state and the run that triggered it, next to the errors.
No member yet
Cost and token view
Log model calls with token counts and see spend per agent and per day, so runaway loops show up early.

PricingAI proposal
Based on pricing pages in the evidence: Vercel $20, Sentry $26 to $80, Resend $20 to $150, E2B $150 a month, each with a free plan. Pingdom and PostHog list no prices. Tiers are a starting point to test.

What it could be worthEstimate

Worth about
$194,000
Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Users share a link to a single run timeline with a teammate, client or contractor to explain a failure. The page shows the Quietdeck name and a sign-up prompt.
- Do they become customers?
- Viewers are often developers who run their own agents and could sign up. Test whether shared timeline links lead to sign-ups, not just views.
- First customers
- Teams of two to ten developers shipping customer-facing AI agents in production, using three or more separate ops tools today.
- Where to reach them
- Developer communities: Post worked examples of debugging an agent run in AI-builder forums, Discord groups and Hacker News.
- Open-source repo users: Offer a hosted option to people starring or discussing unified self-hosted ops projects on GitHub.
- Direct outreach: Message founders of small agent startups and offer a free week of setup help.
- First milestone
- Ten teams send live agent events for two weeks, and five of them pay for the Team plan.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialTeams may prefer free or self-hosted tools. The source project is open source and self-hosted, so a paid hosted dashboard must prove convenience is worth paying for.
- TechnicalEvent volume can grow quickly with agent traces. Storage cost on Postgres could erode margins on the low tiers without strict retention limits.
- CommercialEstablished vendors already have free plans and large user bases. Winning requires the unified run view to be clearly better than separate tools.
- PlatformWeb push on phones varies by operating system and browser, so alert reliability could be weaker than a native app.
- DataTraces may include prompts and customer data. Teams will need redaction controls and clear retention rules before they trust it.
