ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Merchants design pages and manage catalogues at desks, but capture orders and process shipments on the go, needing both interfaces. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Stallwise is a storefront builder and shop manager for small merchants and the agencies that build for them. You design pages visually, list products, and sell in several languages and currencies from one catalogue. Orders, customers and products can be exported in open formats at any time.
It is made for people who want the control of open-source commerce without running servers. An assistant drafts product text, translations and price rounding, and you approve every change before it goes live. Agencies manage many client shops from one account.
Stallwise is a hosted, portable alternative for shops that care about owning their data and want to avoid plugin sprawl. It is a proposal, not a Laravel app.

- Why this name
- A stall is the oldest small shop. Wise stands for sensible choices and for a shop that stays portable.

What it could be worthEstimate

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Every published storefront is a public site. A small 'Built with Stallwise' link in the footer on the Free plan leads visitors to the product page.
- Do they become customers?
- Shop visitors are mostly shoppers, not shop owners. Test whether footer clicks lead to sign-ups, and whether agencies bring client shops onto paid plans.
- First customers
- Small freelance agencies that build shops for local merchants in Europe, selling in two or more languages.
- Where to reach them
- Laravel and open-source communities: Post a migration guide and an export format that open-source shop owners can reuse.
- Agency forums and directories: Offer free setup of one client shop to freelancers in exchange for feedback.
- First milestone
- Five agencies each run a live client shop, and at least three move to the paid Agency tier within 60 days.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedShopify's pricing page lists 4 paid plans, from RON 99 to RON 1,460 a month, plus a free plan and prices on request for larger customers

RisksAI inference
- CommercialShopify and WooCommerce are established. Merchants may not switch for portability alone, and the material shows no evidence that they pay for it.
- RegulatorySelling in many currencies and countries brings sales tax, VAT and consumer-law duties that the first version may not cover.
- TechnicalCheckout, stock sync and multi-vendor payouts are complex to get right, and errors cost merchants money.
- AIMachine translation can be wrong in product details. The approval step must be easy enough that merchants really use it.
- PlatformStripe Connect rules for marketplace payouts limit which countries and seller types the multi-vendor feature can serve.
