About this appAI proposal
Routewise Desk is a hosted order routing desk for merchants who sell on several channels and ship through several partners. Orders arrive from your shops and marketplaces, rules decide whether each goes to your warehouse, a 3PL, a dropshipper or a print-on-demand service, and stock counts stay aligned.
It is built for small and mid-size multi-channel sellers, print-on-demand resellers and dropshippers who have outgrown manual copy-and-paste but do not want a closed order system. Orders, rules and partners can be exported in open formats at any time, so switching partners stays your choice.
Rules are written in plain if-this-then-that form, with a test mode that shows where past orders would have gone. No scripting is needed to start, and an open GraphQL API is there when you want more.

- Route is what the product does; wise says the rules are yours and tested. Desk means one calm place to run it.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Reaches merchants through content, communities, app listings and direct outreach. Partners and customers of a store never see the desk, so use creates no direct loop.
- Do they become customers?
- Test whether sellers who find the open-source project or comparison content will pay for hosting and ready-made partner connections, and whether agencies bring client stores.
- First customers
- Print-on-demand resellers and small dropshipping shops with 200 to 2,000 orders a month, selling on two or more channels and using two or more fulfillment partners.
- Where to reach them
- E-commerce seller communities: Answer routing and stock-sync questions in seller forums and groups, and offer free rule replays on a seller's real orders.
- Open-source communities: Share a migration guide for people using the open-source order routing project and similar self-hosted tools.
- E-commerce agencies: Offer agencies who manage multiple stores a discounted Agency plan and a co-written setup guide.
- First milestone
- Ten paying merchants in the print-on-demand niche, each routing real orders to two or more partners for 30 days.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformMarketplace and shop APIs limit access, change often and may require app review before orders and stock can be synced.
- TechnicalDuplicate or lost orders and stock drift between channels would cost merchants money. Idempotent processing and reconciliation are essential.
- CommercialAn open-source project with 1,655 GitHub stars exists in this space. Merchants may self-host it, so the paid hosted service must be clearly easier.
- CommercialEach 3PL and print service has its own API. Integration work grows with each partner and may slow adoption.
- DataOrder data holds customer addresses, so privacy duties apply, and the hosted service must secure and delete data properly.
