About this appAI proposal
Stalltill lets a farm stand or small shop take digital payments without defaulting to card-network fees. Show a QR code or tap a link on your phone, and the customer pays with a local or regional method they already use, such as a bank-based or wallet payment.
It is built for farmers markets, farm stands and independent shops that now take cash only, or take cards and wince at the fee. Setup is one phone and no terminal. Each sale shows which method was used and what it cost you.
Unlike a card reader, Stalltill is organised around the cheapest method your customer can actually use. It offers that first and falls back to cards only when needed.

- Why this name
- A stall and a till: the place a small seller works and the thing that takes the money. Two plain words, easy to say across a market table.

PricingAI proposal
The material gives no competitor prices or fee rates. These tiers and amounts are a starting point to test, alongside a per-transaction fee meant to sit below card-network rates.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Each sale shows the customer a payment page and emailed receipt carrying a small Stalltill mark. Stall signs and QR cards on the table also show it, so shoppers and neighbouring vendors see how it works.
- Do they become customers?
- Neighbouring vendors and shoppers who own shops could become customers, but a receipt view alone brings none. Test whether vendors at one market ask for it after seeing a neighbour use it.
- First customers
- Farm stand and farmers market vendors in one region where a local payment method is already widely used by shoppers, selling at 1 to 3 markets a week.
- Where to reach them
- Farmers market organisers: Ask market managers to introduce it at vendor meetings and put a shared QR sign at the market entrance.
- Vendor groups online: Post in regional grower and market vendor groups with a fee comparison sheet that vendors fill in themselves.
- In-person market visits: Set up vendors on the spot at their stall in about five minutes, starting with one market.
- First milestone
- Ten vendors at one market each take at least 20 digital payments through Stalltill in a month, and five pay for it.

RisksAI inference
- RegulatoryTaking payments for merchants may require licensing or a regulated partner in each country. Rules differ by region and payment method.
- PlatformLocal payment systems may not offer access to small aggregators, or may restrict use outside their home market.
- CommercialPer-sale fees must beat card rates and still cover costs. Savings may be too small for vendors with low sales to bother switching.
- CommercialShoppers must already use the local method. Without enough of them at a stall, vendors will keep taking cash or cards.
- TechnicalMarket grounds often have poor signal. Offline sale creation and later confirmation must avoid duplicate or lost payments.
