About this appAI proposal
Sealdeck lets a QA reviewer approve a PowerPoint file and seal it. The seal is a tamper-evident signature made on the reviewer's own device, so the file never has to be uploaded. Before the meeting, anyone with the file and the seal can check that it is the approved version.
It is for teams that present to clients, boards, auditors or regulated customers, and for the QA and compliance staff who sign off on those decks. Instead of trusting folder names and version numbers, you get a clear match or no-match result and a record of who approved what and when.
Sealdeck is different because it is built around one question: is this the file that passed review? It does not edit slides or manage content. It checks, records and shows the answer, including to people outside your team who need no account.

- Why this name
- A seal is the old mark that shows a document is unopened and approved. Deck is the plain word for a slide presentation.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Seal on your device
The signature is computed locally in the browser, offline. The presentation file is never sent to a server.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Presenters send a check link or QR code with the deck. Recipients open a page that shows the match result and the Sealdeck name, with no account needed.
- Do they become customers?
- Recipients such as clients and auditors can see the product, but few may buy it. Test whether any of them go on to seal their own decks and sign up.
- First customers
- QA and compliance leads at consulting or advisory firms of 20 to 200 people that present decks to regulated clients, such as in finance or pharma.
- Where to reach them
- LinkedIn outreach: Message QA, risk and compliance leads at advisory firms with a short demo of a changed deck being caught.
- Security and GRC communities: Post in compliance forums and the related open-source project's community, offering free sealing for pilots.
- Direct pilots: Offer a four-week pilot to three firms, sealing their client-facing decks for free in exchange for feedback.
- First milestone
- Five teams in one vertical pay for the Team plan after a four-week pilot.

RisksAI inference
- TechnicalPowerPoint files can change bytes when merely opened and saved. Whole-file hashing may flag harmless changes, and per-part comparison is harder to get right.
- CommercialBuyers may feel a shared drive with permissions and version history is enough. Demand must be shown among teams that face audits.
- TechnicalLost or stolen signing keys weaken trust. Key recovery and revocation must be designed with care.
- RegulatorySome regulated buyers may only accept certain certified signature standards. A simple seal might not meet their rules.
- CommercialThe only market evidence is a GitHub repository gaining stars, which shows interest but not that anyone will pay.
