About this appAI proposal
Shingle lets a law firm, or the agency that serves it, keep one master profile and publish it to many legal directories. Edit a bio, practice area or office hours once, and see where each listing is current, outdated or missing.
It is built for agencies that manage listings for several legal clients, and for small firms that do it themselves. Each client gets a workspace, a checklist per directory and a monthly report that shows enquiries by listing.
The focus is upkeep and proof of results behind the directories firms already pay for, not one more directory. Connections start as guided copy steps and can become direct links where a directory allows it.

- Why this name
- A shingle is the small sign a lawyer hangs outside the office. This product keeps that sign accurate across every directory.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Agencies send monthly report links to their law firm clients, and each report carries a small mention of the tool. Partners at those firms see it and may pass it to other agencies or firms.
- Do they become customers?
- Report readers are firm partners who might buy for themselves, but they may only view the report. Test how many report views lead to a signup within 60 days.
- First customers
- Small marketing agencies that manage directory listings for five to thirty law firms, in one country and one practice area such as family or immigration law.
- Where to reach them
- Agency communities: Post in legal marketing groups and forums, offering a free listing audit for one client.
- Direct outreach: Email agencies that list law firm clients on their sites, with a sample report built for one of them.
- First milestone
- Five agencies pay for three months, each running at least five client workspaces.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedA business in this market sold on Empire Flippers averages $3,142 a month in revenue ($3,032 net profit), figures vetted by the broker

RisksAI inference
- PlatformDirectories may not offer APIs or may forbid automated edits, so publishing stays manual copy steps and the time saved may be modest.
- CommercialAgencies may already track listings in spreadsheets and see little reason to pay for a separate tool.
- RegulatoryLawyer advertising rules vary by region; profile text and claims must stay the firm's responsibility, and the product should not suggest guarantees.
- DataEnquiry attribution depends on firms logging leads accurately; weak data makes the results view less useful.
