About this appAI proposal
Seedrow lets a solo maker plant a new AI content site for one keyword in an afternoon. Sign-in, payments, a credit balance for visitors and AI page generation come ready, so you spend your time choosing keywords, not wiring up infrastructure.
Each site is a row in one dashboard. You see visits, sign-ups and revenue per keyword, then keep the ones that grow and close the ones that don't. Closing a site stops its usage costs and exports its pages, so a failed test costs little.
It is built for SEO-minded solo founders and small teams who run several small sites at once and are tired of rebuilding the same login, billing and credit code for each one.

- Why this name
- Seeds planted in a row: many small tests side by side, with the strong ones kept and the weak ones pulled. Two plain words joined, easy to say.

The material gives no competitor prices. These tiers are a starting point to test, not a market-based figure. Payment processor fees and AI model costs would be separate.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Visible inside customers’ products. Each site on the free tier carries a small 'Built with Seedrow' link in its footer and sign-in page. Visitors who run their own keyword sites can follow it to Seedrow.
- Do they become customers?
- Most visitors are not site builders, so few would convert. Test the click-through from footer link to trial sign-up, and whether paid tiers can remove the link without hurting growth.
- First customers
- Solo SEO-minded makers who already run two or more small AI or tool sites and want to test more keywords with less setup work.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub starter-kit users: Reach people starring and forking AI content-site templates. Offer a hosted option with a guided first-site setup.
- Indie maker communities: Post build logs of keyword tests run in Seedrow, with real spend and revenue per site.
- SEO forums and newsletters: Share a keyword-test checklist and a free trial, aimed at people who test niches regularly.
- First milestone
- Ten makers each launch a site, and at least five pay for Maker within 60 days.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformSearch engines may demote mass AI-generated pages, which would weaken the sites customers build. Seedrow needs review steps and quality checks, and cannot promise traffic.
- CommercialMakers may prefer free open-source starter templates, as the GitHub interest suggests. Paid value must come from managed hosting, the scoreboard and spin-down, not the code.
- AIAI model costs can exceed what visitors pay for credits. Per-site caps and credit pricing must be tested early.
- RegulatoryHandling visitor payments, credit balances and refunds across many sites brings tax, consumer-law and payment-provider rules that vary by country.
- TechnicalServing many customer domains from one app adds security and isolation work, so one site's data or abuse cannot affect another.
