ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Users need captions during calls on their current device, but also review and search the searchable transcript library and notes later—real work happens on both phones and desks. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Quietline puts live captions over any video call or livestream you open in a browser tab. Share the tab's audio once and the words appear in a floating caption strip, in the spoken language or one you choose. It works the same on Meet, Teams web, Zoom web or a stream, because it listens to audio instead of plugging into each platform.
When the call ends, you get a searchable transcript, a short summary, and a list of decisions and follow-ups to copy out. It is for people who sit in many calls, work across languages, or find fast speech hard to follow.
Quietline is a PWA you install from the browser. Browsers limit what audio a web app can capture, so it covers calls in a browser tab and the microphone, not every desktop app.

- Why this name
- A quiet line of text under a loud conversation: captions that help without getting in the way.

Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Users share a call summary or transcript link with colleagues who were absent or speak another language. Each shared page shows the Quietline name and a link to try it.
- Do they become customers?
- Recipients can become users, since they likely join calls too. Test how many open a shared summary and start their own session, as opposed to only reading it.
- First customers
- Non-native English speakers working in remote teams at small and mid-size software or consulting companies, who join several browser-based calls a day.
- Where to reach them
- Remote-work communities: Offer free minutes in Slack groups and forums for international teams and for deaf and hard-of-hearing professionals, and ask for feedback.
- Short demo videos: Post screen recordings of live translation on a real call to social and video sites, with an install link.
- Open-source circles: Share a write-up of the browser audio capture method with developers interested in speech tools.
- First milestone
- Fifty weekly active users from one community, with ten paying for Plus within eight weeks.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformBrowsers only share audio from a tab (mainly Chromium), not system audio. Safari on Mac and desktop call apps may not work, which cuts against the any-call promise.
- TechnicalStreaming caption lag and accuracy with overlapping speakers, accents and bad audio may be too low for people who depend on captions.
- CommercialCall platforms ship their own captions and notes, and many people may find them good enough. The edge must be translation and one consistent view.
- RegulatoryTranscribing other people's speech may need consent in some places. The app needs clear notices and a way to skip storage.
- AISummaries and translations can be wrong or invent action items. Users need to see the source text and edit before sharing.
