About this appAI proposal
Kantine Run is a delivery operations app for small regional food delivery businesses in Europe. Customers order from local restaurants in their own language, and the operator sees every order, driver and payment in one place, including cash paid at the door.
Cash on delivery is treated as a normal payment, not an exception. Drivers record the cash they collect, and the operator reconciles it each day against card payments and restaurant payouts. Franchise partners get their own view and their own share of fees.
Offline marketing is tracked too. Flyers, local radio and partner restaurants get a code or a link, so the operator can see which local effort brings orders. The interface is built for translation into any regional language.

- Why this name
- Kantine is a word many Europeans know for a shared meal place. Run means both a delivery run and running the business.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Cash on delivery as a first-class payment
Drivers confirm cash collected per order. The app tracks what each driver owes and closes the day when the cash is handed in.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Customers get order pages and status links under the operator's own brand, with a small powered-by line. Restaurants get printable QR menus and campaign links that send diners to the ordering page.
- Do they become customers?
- Customers and restaurants see the product but are not buyers. Only a would-be operator in another town could convert. Test whether the powered-by line produces any operator enquiries.
- First customers
- Owners of small food delivery businesses in one European region with a local language, 10 to 50 partner restaurants, and a large share of cash orders.
- Where to reach them
- Direct outreach to operators: Contact regional delivery businesses by phone and email in their own language, offering a free pilot month.
- Local restaurant associations: Present at association meetings and ask for introductions to local delivery operators.
- Facebook operator groups: Join regional food business groups and share cash reconciliation tips, with a pilot signup.
- First milestone
- Three operators in one region pay for two months and use daily cash reconciliation on most orders.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedA business in this market listed for sale on Empire Flippers averages $228,544 a month in revenue ($32,124 net profit), figures vetted by the broker

RisksAI inference
- CommercialOperators may already run on a marketplace or custom system, and switching mid-season is hard. Restaurants must also be persuaded to use a new order screen.
- TechnicalPWA push alerts and background location are less reliable on some phones, which could cause missed orders or poor driver tracking.
- RegulatoryCash handling, VAT receipts, courier employment and data protection rules differ by country and need checking market by market.
- DataReconciliation depends on drivers entering cash honestly and accurately, so the product must make errors visible without becoming a surveillance tool.
- CommercialThe only evidence is one broker-listed business. Demand for a software product, rather than a delivery business, is not shown.
