ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Pairing and setup happen on desktop, but the core value is remote access from iPhone or iPad on the go; users need both devices for the app to work. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Casement lets you view and control a single Mac window, or the whole desktop, from an iPhone or iPad. Video and input travel directly between your devices, encrypted end to end. You don't need a relay account or a monthly fee just to reach your own computer.
It is built for Mac users who also carry an iPhone or iPad and care about privacy. Use touch, Apple Pencil, a trackpad or a keyboard, and switch between them mid-session. Pick one window to share and the rest of your desktop stays private.
The core is free. Paid plans add things that groups and businesses need, such as device management, session policies and a commercial licence. The open-source community project in the evidence is a free alternative, so Casement has to be easier to set up and better supported.

- Why this name
- A casement is a window that swings open. The name fits sharing one window and opening your Mac to your own devices.

Share one window, not your desktop
Choose a single Mac window to open on your phone or tablet. Other windows, notifications and files stay hidden from the remote view.

Direct device-to-device link
Your devices connect to each other with end-to-end encryption. Video and input don't pass through a server that stores or reads them.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Casement reaches customers through content, open-source communities and word of mouth. Sessions are private and show no branded output to other people, so use does not bring in new users on its own.
- Do they become customers?
- Test whether free users who find it through search or forums upgrade for multiple Macs or team controls. Check whether the team plan sells to small studios.
- First customers
- Solo creative professionals and developers with a Mac and an iPad, who want to reach their desk Mac while away and who prefer privacy-first tools.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub and Hacker News: Post a comparison with the open-source project, including a guide for a faster setup. Link the free tier.
- Apple-focused subreddits and forums: Share workflows such as Pencil editing on a remote Mac, and ask for beta testers.
- Small studio outreach: Email design and dev studios of 3 to 10 people and offer a free pilot of the Team plan.
- First milestone
- Five small studios pay for the Team plan within 60 days of the beta, and 100 free users keep using it after four weeks.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialA free open-source project already has 2,841 stars in 25 days. Users may not pay for what the community gives away. Paid value has to come from setup, support and team controls.
- TechnicalLow latency over WebRTC in iOS Safari, a PWA that can't run in the background, may feel worse than a native app. Hardware video decoding and Pencil input need early testing.
- PlatformThe Mac helper needs screen-recording and accessibility permissions, notarisation and macOS update support. Apple may change these rules.
- TechnicalSome networks block direct connections, so a relay is needed. That adds cost and weakens the 'no servers' claim, which must be described honestly.
- RegulatorySelling to businesses brings security reviews and data-handling questions. Remote access tools are also a common target for abuse.
