About this appAI proposal
Tillmark connects your site's visitor data to your payment processor so every sale is traced back to where the buyer came from and what they did first. Founders see revenue by source, page and segment instead of visits and bounce rates.
It is built for technical founders and small teams running SaaS or online shops who today compare a traffic tool with a payment dashboard by hand or in spreadsheets. Payments flow in from the processors you already use, and the numbers line up without manual reconciliation.
Run it on your own server to keep visitor data under your control, or use a hosted plan to skip the setup. The main screen answers one question: what brought in money this week, and what did not.

- Why this name
- A till is where money is taken; a mark is the trace left behind. Together: tracing revenue back to its source. Two plain syllables.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Revenue by source
Every payment is linked to the channel, campaign and landing page of the buyer's first visit, so you see money per source, not just clicks.

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Reaches customers through content, open-source repository visibility and founder communities. The dashboard is private to the owner, so use does not expose the product to others.
- Do they become customers?
- People finding the repository can become self-hosters who pay nothing. Test whether a share of them upgrade to Cloud for retention, replay and no-maintenance hosting.
- First customers
- Technical solo founders and small teams of 1 to 5 running a paid SaaS on Stripe with under 50,000 monthly visitors.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub and open source: Publish the self-hosted version with a clear setup guide and a hosted waitlist link in the README.
- Indie founder communities: Share real attribution findings from early users in forums and build-in-public posts.
- Search content: Write guides on connecting payments to traffic sources, aimed at people leaving spreadsheets.
- First milestone
- Ten paying Cloud customers running SaaS on Stripe within 60 days of launch.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedGitHub repository gained 2376 stars in 73 days
- Public claimA self-hosted solution offering revenue-first analytics, session replay, and direct payment processor integrations addresses a gap where existing tools separate traffic data from revenue data.
- Public claimThe product integrates with multiple payment processors (Stripe, Polar, LemonSqueezy, Dodo Payments), suggesting founders actively use these platforms and need consolidated revenue visibility.
- Public claimThe repository has gained significant adoption with 2,376 stars and 136 forks in 73 days, indicating strong developer and founder interest in revenue-focused analytics.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialAn existing open-source revenue-first analytics project is gaining attention (Datafast is named as a comparison). Tillmark must differ clearly, and free self-hosting may convert few users to paid.
- TechnicalLinking an anonymous visit to a later payment reliably across devices, ad blockers and checkout redirects is hard, and wrong attribution would destroy trust.
- RegulatorySession replay and visitor tracking may capture personal data. Customers need masking by default and consent guidance for privacy laws.
- PlatformProcessor APIs and webhook formats change, and four integrations at launch means ongoing maintenance for a small team.
- DataEvent volume can grow fast, making hosted storage and replay costs exceed the price of low tiers.
