ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Teams take and paste screenshots on any device, but organize collections and manage permissions from a desk—both capture and management are part of the workflow. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Snapdrawer is a place for a team's screenshots and images. Upload by drag and drop, paste, or from a screenshot tool, and get a short link that only the people you choose can open. Group images into collections for bug reports, docs or a project.
It is built for technical teams and homelab users who do not want screenshots sitting on a public image site. Images are stored in your own S3-compatible bucket or network share, or in a managed space we run for you. Sign in with your company's single sign-on.
The difference from a bare storage bucket is the layer on top: links with expiry and passwords, galleries, search, and an upload address that screenshot tools such as ShareX can point at. You set it up once and the team stops using public hosts.

- Why this name
- A snap is a quick capture and a drawer is where you keep things that are yours. Two plain words that say what it does.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Each shared link or gallery opens a page for people outside the team, such as clients or a bug tracker's readers, with a small 'hosted with Snapdrawer' line that is removable on paid plans.
- Do they become customers?
- Viewers are often technical and could set up their own space, but many only open a link once. Test how many viewers click through and start a free account.
- First customers
- Small software teams of 5 to 30 people that already use ShareX for bug reports and documentation, and have an IT-minded person who can connect storage.
- Where to reach them
- Self-hosting communities: Post a short demo in homelab and self-hosting forums, and offer the managed plan to those who do not want to run servers.
- Developer forums: Write a guide on replacing public image hosts for bug reports, with a setup for ShareX.
- Direct outreach: Message engineering leads at small companies using OIDC and ask for a 15-minute trial setup.
- First milestone
- Ten teams on the free plan and three paying for Team or Business within 60 days of launch.

RisksAI inference
- CommercialThe material describes open-source software with self-hosting as the main value. Teams may run it free and never pay for a managed plan, so willingness to pay is untested.
- TechnicalSupporting S3 and SMB storage and OIDC across many providers means many setups to test, and each adds support work for a small team.
- DataScreenshots can hold passwords or customer data. A link leak or storage misconfiguration would hurt trust, so access checks and defaults must be strict.
- PlatformScreenshot tool compatibility depends on those tools' upload formats, which can change outside our control.
- Intellectual propertyAn existing open-source project covers the same ground. We must not copy its code, wording or name, and licences must be checked.
