ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Teams use simulators for extended QA and development work at desks, but also need to tap through and review builds on mobile devices away from machines. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Benchrack lets mobile teams run iOS and Android simulators on machines they control and stream them to teammates in a browser. Developers, QA and designers open a build, tap through it and share a link, without a cloud device vendor in the loop.
It is built for mobile app teams and QA engineers who want local control and predictable cost. You install a host agent on your own Macs and Linux servers, upload builds, and the team gets a shared pool of simulators with booking, session history and access control.
Unlike cloud streaming services, your builds and test sessions stay inside your network. Pricing is per team and host, not per seat, so adding a tester does not raise the bill.

- Why this name
- Benchrack evokes a test bench and a rack of machines: a shared place in your own office where devices sit ready for the team.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Host agent for your own machines
Install on Macs or Linux servers to expose iOS simulators and Android emulators to the team. Nothing leaves your network.

PricingAI proposal
Appetize's pricing page (verified) lists a free plan, one paid plan at $59 a month and prices on request for larger customers. Team is set just under that as a starting point to test; Business has no market basis.

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. A tester shares a session link or a recorded run of a build with a developer, PM or client. They open it in a browser and tap the build, and the page shows the team's Benchrack name.
- Do they become customers?
- Link viewers are often colleagues who already work in the same team, but external clients only see it. Test whether viewers ask to host their own pool, and whether internal viewers push their team to buy.
- First customers
- Mobile teams of 10 to 50 engineers with their own Mac build machines, already paying for a cloud simulator service, in regulated fields such as fintech or health.
- Where to reach them
- GitHub open-source community: Publish a free single-host core and docs. Answer issues from teams comparing self-hosted options to cloud services.
- Mobile developer communities: Post setup guides in iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native forums and newsletters, with a cost comparison template.
- Direct outreach to QA leads: Contact QA leads in fintech and health app teams and offer a guided install on one of their Macs.
- First milestone
- Five teams run Benchrack on their own hosts for 30 days, and three of them pay for the team plan.

RisksAI inference
- PlatformRunning iOS simulators legally and technically requires Apple hardware and Xcode, which limits hosting options and may constrain a cloud variant.
- TechnicalLow-latency video streaming and touch input over varied office networks and VPNs is hard to get right, and poor lag would lose users.
- CommercialThe source repository is open source, so teams may self-install free alternatives. Paid value must come from team features and support.
- TechnicalSupporting many simulator versions, device types and build formats takes ongoing maintenance as Apple and Google release updates.
