About this appAI proposal
Listing Playbook turns sales coaching into a weekly routine inside one app. Each Monday it builds a short plan from your own pipeline: who to call, which past clients to check in with, which listings need a follow-up. You tick items off on your phone.
Built for solo agents and small teams in North America who juggle a CRM, a spreadsheet and an occasional paid consultant. Routines are written by real estate coaches, then filled in with your contacts and deals, so you do not rebuild them yourself.
When you get stuck, book a coach session from the same screen. The coach sees your plan and numbers beforehand and leaves notes that become next week's routine. The aim is that you need the coach less over time.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Reaches customers through coach communities, content and sales. Coaches may bring their own clients onto it, but the product has no built-in sharing loop.
- Do they become customers?
- Test whether coaches who bring existing clients convert them into paying subscribers, and whether solo agents pay without a coach introduction.
- First customers
- Solo agents and teams of two to five in one US metro, closing a modest number of deals a year and already paying for coaching.
- Where to reach them
- Real estate coaches: Offer a few independent coaches free use to run their clients' weekly routines in it.
- Local agent groups: Run short workshops in brokerage meetings and online agent communities.
- First milestone
- Ten paying agents in one metro, with at least three buying a coach session.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedA business in this market sold on Empire Flippers averages $27,837 a month in revenue ($13,716 net profit, $41,702 recurring), figures vetted by the broker

RisksAI inference
- CommercialCoaching hours do not scale; margins on the add-on could be thin, and agents may pay for software but skip coaching.
- CommercialAgents may see this as one more tool beside their CRM unless the plan clearly saves time.
- DataWithout live CRM sync, plans rely on imports that go stale; integrations may be needed early.
- RegulatoryOutreach scripts touching calls and texts must respect do-not-call and consent rules in US and Canada.
