ScreensConcept
Desktop and mobile: Users generate passwords on the go for login forms, but also set up and manage per-site rules and team recipes from a desk. Sample screens on a computer and a phone, in the proposed brand. Their numbers are sample data.

About this appAI proposal
Rebuildmark is a password manager with no vault. You enter one master password and a site name, and it computes a strong, unique password on your device. Nothing is saved, uploaded or synced, so there is no vault to breach, back up or lose.
It is for individuals and small teams who do not want their credentials on someone else's server, and who are tired of vault backups and sync setups. Site rules such as length and symbols are kept as small, non-secret notes you can export as a file.
Unlike a plain generator, it works as an installable app on phone and desktop, handles password rotation with a simple counter, and shows pricing plainly. Premium features are optional.

- Why this name
- Each password is rebuilt from your secret and a site name, never kept. The name says what happens: rebuild, then leave no trace. Short and easy to say.

Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.

PricingAI proposal
The material gives no competitor price pages. Only a public claim says Bitwarden rose from $10 to $19.80 a year. These tiers are a starting point to test, kept low and clear.

$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- No loop in the product. Reaches customers through content, open-source communities and word of mouth among privacy-minded users. The product itself produces nothing that others see, so there is no built-in loop.
- Do they become customers?
- Test whether privacy-focused users who find it via forums and search convert to paid team or sync plans. Team admins could invite members, but that must be tested.
- First customers
- Privacy-minded individual developers and sysadmins who already self-host tools or use local-first password managers, plus small teams of up to ten people.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and Reddit: Post a transparent explainer on how the derivation works and its limits, in privacy and self-hosting communities.
- Self-hosting communities: Offer a self-hostable build and ask for audits in open-source forums and GitHub discussions.
- Migration guides: Publish guides for people leaving cloud managers over price changes, to catch those searching for alternatives.
- First milestone
- Fifty weekly active users and ten paying small teams or sync subscribers within three months of launch.

RisksAI inference
- TechnicalDerived passwords cannot be changed without a counter, and sites with odd password rules need per-site settings. A wrong rule can lock a user out of an account.
- CommercialFree open-source alternatives such as LessPass already exist, so willingness to pay for sync, teams or mobile convenience is unproven.
- TechnicalIf the master password leaks or is weak, every derived password is exposed at once. There is no vault to rotate, so users must change the master and every site.
- PlatformBrowser autofill extensions and mobile PWAs face store and OS limits on password fields, which may limit convenience compared with native managers.
- RegulatorySecurity claims need independent review. Making unverified promises about safety could cause legal and trust problems.
