About this appAI proposal
Parley Check runs simulated users against your voice or chat agent and grades each full conversation, not single turns. A judge reads the whole session and flags failures like a skipped identity check, a forgotten earlier answer or a promise the agent never kept.
Tests are structured cases: a persona, a goal, fixed inputs and the rules a session must satisfy. Fixed seeds and rule checks keep results steady, so a red result means the agent changed, not that the model rolled differently.
Built for product and engineering teams who ship conversational agents and need regression checks before release and monitoring after. It sits beside tracing tools and covers the conversation arc they do not.

- Why this name
- A parley is a conversation held to settle terms. Check says what the product does to it.
In the first version
Members say which features they would use. It tells PWAS what people want; it changes no score.
Simulated callers and chatters
Define personas with goals, moods and edge-case habits. Parley Check plays them against your agent over chat or a voice endpoint.

Whole-session judging
LLM judges score the full conversation against your rules, catching multi-turn failures such as steps skipped or contradictions.

Structured, repeatable test cases
Each case fixes persona, script branches and pass rules, with deterministic checks beside the judge to cut noise.

Release gate
Run the suite on every agent change and get a pass or fail with the exact turn where a session went wrong.

Sale range $132,000 to $263,000
$120,000 a year in revenue
From 87 software businesses listed and sold on Empire Flippers in the last year, revenue vetted by the broker: they sell for about 19× their monthly revenue, most between 13× and 26×.
Measured on profit, the middle deal is 32× monthly net profit: about 2.7 years of profit.
An estimate, not an offer or financial advice. A real price depends on profit, growth, churn, how much of the work is the owner's, and the buyer.
How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Shared outputs. Teams share run reports and failing-session links with colleagues, product owners and vendors who do not use the tool, so each report shows the product name.
- Do they become customers?
- Viewers are often the managers who fund quality work, so some may become buyers. Test how many shared-report viewers sign up for a trial.
- First customers
- Small engineering teams of 3 to 15 people shipping a customer-support voice or chat agent in one vertical, such as fintech or healthcare scheduling.
- Where to reach them
- Hacker News and dev forums: Post a teardown of multi-turn failures such as skipped verification, with a free sample suite.
- Agent builder communities: Offer free audits of a team's agent in Discord and Slack groups for voice and chat builders.
- First milestone
- Ten teams run a suite on their own agent, and five pay $30 a month within eight weeks.
Why people already pay for this
- VerifiedLangfuse's pricing page lists 4 paid plans, from $29 to $2,499 a month, plus a free plan
- VerifiedLangSmith's pricing page lists 1 paid plan, at $39 a month, plus a free plan and prices on request for larger customers
- VerifiedHacker News post received 89 points and 21 comments
- Public claimTeams cannot manually QA conversational AI agents because the number of possible user interactions is too large, and manual testing does not scale.

RisksAI inference
- AILLM judges can be wrong or inconsistent. Without calibration against human labels, teams may distrust scores or miss real failures.
- CommercialTracing vendors could add session-level evaluation, and teams may build simple in-house checks instead of paying.
- TechnicalVoice testing adds latency, telephony cost and audio quirks that make simulations harder to run reliably than chat.
- DataLive conversations may hold personal data, so customers will need redaction and clear retention controls before sending them.
- CommercialModel costs for simulation and judging could squeeze margins at a $30 entry price.
