About this appAI proposal
Hushbell shows small, timely notes on your store while people browse: a recent order, a sign-up, a product others are viewing. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms through a guided setup that takes a few minutes.
Made for independent merchants who want more conversions without learning an analytics suite. You choose which events to show, set quiet rules, and see which nudges lead to a sale.
Different from heavier tools: a preview before anything goes live, rules that hold back nudges that don't fit (empty carts, low-traffic products), and a monthly review of what to keep. Fewer, better nudges give merchants a reason to stay.

How it would growAI proposal
How the product would reach new customers through its own use, and how the first ones would be found. A plan to test, not a result.
- Built-in loop
- Visible inside customers’ products. Each nudge on a free-tier store carries a small 'by Hushbell' mark. Shoppers who are also merchants see it and can click through to a sign-up page.
- Do they become customers?
- Shoppers rarely run stores, so most views bring no customer. Test the click-through from the mark to sign-ups, and whether merchants pay to remove it.
- First customers
- Solo owners of small Shopify stores selling one product line, with a few hundred visits a day and no developer.
- Where to reach them
- Shopify app store: List a free tier with a clear setup guide and screenshots, and ask early users for reviews.
- Ecommerce owner communities: Offer free setup help in merchant forums and groups, with a before-and-after result.
- First milestone
- Ten paying Shopify merchants within 60 days of launch, with at least half still active after month two.
Why people already pay for this

RisksAI inference
- PlatformShopify app review and WooCommerce plugin rules can delay launch or limit which events can be read.
- CommercialThe verified competitor shows 5.49% monthly churn and a falling revenue trend, so retention may be hard to fix.
- RegulatoryShowing visitor or buyer activity may raise privacy rules; names and locations need to be masked by default.
- TechnicalReal-time events at volume across many stores need careful load handling and a script that keeps pages fast.
- CommercialMerchants may see nudges as a minor feature and not pay for a separate product.
